Price Match Guarantee

At Flame Pizza Ovens, we strive to provide our customers with the most competitive prices online. If you come across another online store that offers a lower price than us for the same product within six months of your purchase, please inform us, and we will reimburse you for the price difference. We want you to have peace of mind that you are getting the best possible deal on the item you have ordered. Furthermore, if you happen to notice that we have lowered the price of the same product you purchased on our website within six months of your purchase date, we will also refund you the difference in price.

If you wish to claim your partial refund, kindly send us an email with a link to the identical product listed on either our website or our competitor's website within six months from your order date, and we will proceed with the credit accordingly.

 

However, we would like to inform you that our Price Match Guarantee has certain limitations:

• Prior to requesting the Price Match Guarantee, you are required to purchase the item from our website.
• Promotions, including buy one, get one free offers and rebates, are ineligible for the Price Match Guarantee.
• The item must be available on the competitor's website.
• The competitor must be an online store and cannot have a physical retail location.
• Discounters or auction websites (such as eBay or Overstock) are not accepted as eligible websites.
• The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question.
• The Price Match Guarantee covers the item's price and shipping charges but excludes sales tax.
• We reserve the right to decline a price match request if it would result in a financial loss for our company.
• Certain companies may be excluded from the Price Match Guarantee such as: Hiland.
