IMPORTANT: This product is solely a pizza oven with dedicated wood storage beneath it. It does not function as a combination unit.

Specifications

1. Sturdy Structure:

   • Built with an 18-gauge galvanized u-channel frame (3551A-G70 and 3551A-G10).
   • Includes top and bottom plates for added stability.
   • Steel studs evenly spaced between 12" and 16" on center throughout each wall frame.
   • Securely connected using Philips #2 Zinc Plated Wafer Head Self Drilling Screws.
     
     

2. Robust Joints:

   • Gaps between the steel components are filled with refractory mix #50 Gray, FXC240.
   • Specialized grout is a high-strength, polymer-infused, lightweight dry cement mix with proprietary additives.
     
     

3. Efficient Insulation:

   • The Brick Oven is lined with Roxul ComfortBatt mineral wool insulation.
   • Smoke chamber designed to exhaust through various options:
     • Double flue liner, with a diameter of up to 14" (dependent on overall height).
     • Double-wall flue liner with reduced clearance to combustibles.
     • Clay flue liner option, terminating inside the chimney.
   • Chimney equipped with a spark arrester/chimney cap.
     
     

4. Exterior Protection:

   • The oven's exterior is protected by a layer of ¼" magnesium oxide board.
   • Fiberglass reinforcement provides additional strength.
   • Scratch coat applied using a ¼" to 3/8" mixture of 2 parts Type M mortar and 3 parts mason sand.
   • Note: It's important to consider local municipal codes for specific requirements.
     
     

5. Safety Recommendation:

   • Round Grove Products recommends the chimney to terminate at least 24" higher than any structure within a 10' radius for safe operation.

IMPORTANT: Upon delivery, you will need to provide a forklift or Bobcat to unload your unit from the truck.

IMPORTANT: These units are delivered with only a scratch-coat on the exterior, and will need to be finished according to your preferences after installation.

These pre-fabricated units can easily be finished with your choice of stone or brick veneer to match your home or building exterior.
